Under his leadership Redoak has established its presence in Melbourne, Metropolitan Sydney, Queensland and regional Victoria.

We have established ourselves as an accredited Civil construction and plant operations provider in New Zealand and Papua New Guinea with authorisations to operate under the directives of the appropriate state and federal authorities.

Naz possess exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate amicably with professionals at all organisational levels. Naz is currently operating on a very diverse portfolio. He manages a team of highly trained managers and consultants to drive innovation in operations, administration, compliance, IT and business development.

Dave has extensive experience in the construction industry undertaking project management, financial management, and site management roles at various contracting levels prior to joining Lafayette Builders.

Dave’s warm and passionate approach conveys the Lafayette Builders culture effortlessly with every discussion he has among current and potential clients. Dave’s role integrates into the strategy and project teams providing a clear understanding on how all parts of the business work together to inform the direction for Lafayette Builders business development and our ultimate strategy. When it comes to ensuring equity & value is embedded across our construction processes, Dave’s attention to detail, innovative eye and disciplined approach means no opportunity is missed. He is skilled in undertaking initial site inspections for works, assessing latent conditions and identifying key risks to delivery, as well as liaising with key trades and developing project programs.

The diversity of Dave’s qualification & experience has helped to shape and develop his extensive construction skillset. As well as being a safe pair of hands, Dave is approachable, attentive, and collaborative when working with clients, project leads, trades and subcontractors to ensure the most competitive cost estimate and ultimate works delivery is achieved. His personality and empathetic approach help to create positive relationships, which are then sustained by virtue of Dave’s leadership, insight, and broad industry knowledge.

Andrew is passionate about buildings and people. His aim is to help clients realise their development and renovation goals. Andrew prides himself on his attention to detail and quality of workmanship.

Andrew can assist with building and renovation design, town planning drawings for permit, construction drawings for building permit. He have over 25yrs experience working in the architectural and construction industry on a wide variety of projects, including commercial, industrial and multi-residential projects.

VBA Registered Building Professional. Along side running my own business, Andrew assists Lafayette Builders as its in-house Planning & Permits Lead assisting with design, drafting and documentation of nearly all aspects of the pre-construction process to turn your concept into reality with successful outcomes of council applications all across Melbourne.

From design, through to obtaining all necessary permit requirements, including comprehensive planning applications, health department requirements and building permits, Lafayette Builders plays a part through Andrew’s leadership in achieving close communication in all projects throughout planning to permit phase. We specialise in assisting you with the necessary documentation required for obtaining both planning and building permits.
